The latest appointment

So, when we had our "big" appointment, Harlow's head was measuring a little bit small.  Not too small that is was scary.  She was just a little bit petite.  I had my regular appointment yesterday and my doctor said that he wasn't worried about it after he looked at the measurements.  Her head measured at 18w 2d.  Her femur was 18w 6d.  He said her head and belly were pretty much in line.  When I had that appointment I was 19 weeks.  Now at 22 weeks I have only gained 5 lbs.  That's really good because I've already got enough chub that I don't need to gain much at all.  My doctor set me up to get another ultrasound that will measure Harlow and make sure that she's still growing pretty close to on track.  That appointment is March 27th.  

On another note, I'm feeling her moving more and more! I love it! It's the best feeling!! 

Valentine's Day and Harlow's room!

Will came home from work last night with these beautiful long stem red roses and a cute teddy bear.  Sometimes he can be so wonderful! :o)

Here's Harlow's room so far!! I think it's so beautiful!! I love going in there and just looking.  I can't wait until we get it all done and she's here!  

Snow Day and a Storage Thingy

The snow day we had hit our school BIG TIME.  Of course, we still had school as normal.  I figured I'd only have a few kids because our last snow day I had 7 of my 27 kids.  This snow day I had 16 of my 22.

And the storage thingy that we put together for Harlow's room! So far, the pink box has a pair of jeans we got at Target for her, the blue one has a hat and socks we were given, the green one has onesies we were given, and the middle rainbow box has hair ribbons and headbands I couldn't resist for her!

MPOY Banquet

On Friday after work, and the wonderful appointment where we found out we are having a GIRL... we had the MPOY Banquet at the Pima Air and Space Museum.  This is the Military Professional of the Year Banquet.  It was fun and we got to dress up!

And we ordered completely different bedding....

So we completely ordered different bedding than we were thinking.  I saw this and loved it, and Will really likes it too.  We were going to get it in green but it was backordered until June 2, 2009.  With Harlow coming sometime very close to there, I didn't want to push it so we decided we'd get the pink.  We got the quilt, sheet, bedskirt, sham, and bumper.  I can't wait for it to come in! It's so cute!!

It's a GIRL!!

It's official! Harlow Isabella is on her way! All day I've been telling her "SPREAD EAGLE!" Turns out she's a great listener and we got to get some great views of allll of her! I'm so excited! She's beautiful.  Apparently she's got a little bit of a small head though.  It shouldn't be a problem.  Her head measured at 18 weeks and I'm 19 weeks, so it's not too far off.  We stopped at Plunkett's (Hallmark) and got a photo album, picture frame and a little pink and white dog for her!
